William T Witter MRICS - Head of Fine Art
William gained membership of the Royal Institute & Chartered Surveyors specialising in fine art and chattels in 1987 whilst working for Sotheby’s in Chester as a general valuer covering an area from Birmingham to Newcastle Upon Tyne, moving to Phillips in Chester in 1991 as head of insurance valuations and clocks. William joined Wright Manley in 1995 specialising in insurance and probate valuations, furniture, clocks, toys, ceramics and paintings.
